ThriveWell Initiative exists to normalise mental health conversations in faith communities and across Nigeria. Grounded in a conviction that emotional well-being is not a luxury but a foundation, ThriveWell delivers resources, advocacy, and support to women who have been carrying too much, alone, for too long.

Sitrid International School is Dr Manuela's answer to the question: what would an education look like if it built the whole child? Located in Port Harcourt and committed to academic excellence alongside character formation, Sitrid is raising a generation of young Nigerians who know who they are and why they are here.

Deborah's Cradle is a ministry initiative dedicated to equipping women to step boldly into purpose and calling. Named after the biblical Deborah (prophet, judge, and warrior), it is a space where women are nurtured, challenged, and released. From conferences to discipleship programmes, Deborah's Cradle is the ministry heartbeat of Dr Manuela's work.

GOLD (Growing Outstanding Leaders of Destiny) is Dr Manuela's NGO dedicated to investing in the girl child before the world defines her. Through mentorship, education support, advocacy, and community programming, GOLD exists to give Nigerian girls the one thing that changes everything: the belief that they matter.
